 Capillary Thermostat Switch for Electric Water Heater 

 

The Thermostat Switch as shown in picture below is Model WKE Capillary type thermostat switch. It is a universal part to suit various electric water heaters and other types of heating equipment.  The thermostat below controls temperature from +30 up to +85 degree Celsius. It operates from a remote bulb (Diameter 6mm) linked with a approx. 1000mm capillary. SPST contacts open on temperature rise. Electric rating of WKE capillary Thermostat Switch is 16amps 250V. It has a “D” shaped shaft for adjusting temperature, and there is a selection of shafts according to different length. There are 2 mounting holes (2-M4) on either side of the shaft.
